A 38-year-old man was charged yesterday with two counts of first-degree burglary and five counts of fourth-degree sex assault.

Eddie Fiaalii Jr., who listed no permanent local address at his booking, is accused of entering two unlocked apartments at a Kalihi public housing complex without permission at 1:44 a.m. yesterday and fondling two women, ages 48 and 20, who were asleep in their units.

Fiaalii's bail is $50,000. His criminal record includes 22 prior convictions.
