Paws on the Path, a hiking club for people and their dogs sponsored by the Hawaiian Humane Society, will host its 9th annual Makapu'u Lighthouse evening hike on Jan. 26.

A volunteer from the Humane Society will lead the hike. Hikers should meet at the Makapu'u hiking trail at 4:30 p.m. (the hike begins at 4:45 p.m.) and are asked to bring a picnic lunch and a flashlight.
