BAE Systems Ship Repair names chief

Bill Clifford, former president and general manager of Hawaii Shipyards Inc., has been named president of BAE Systems Ship Repair, the largest U.S. non-nuclear ship repair, modernization and conversion company.
Clifford will start April 1, succeeding Al Krekich, who is retiring, BAE said.
BAE provides ship maintenance and modernization services to the Navy, government and commercial customers in Hawai'i and elsewhere.
