What's open and closed tomorrow:
State and county offices: Closed.
Federal offices: Closed.
Mail: All post offices closed; no postal delivery.

TheBus: On a state holiday schedule; express bus and Route 9 service into Pearl Harbor Naval Base will not operate (service will terminate at Center Drive and Nimitz Highway). Information: 848-5555.
TheBoat: Operating as usual.
Handi-Vans: Operating as usual.
On-street parking: Free, except for metered stalls on Kalakaua Avenue along Kapi'olani Park; holiday tow-away zone parking as permitted by sign; meters in municipal lots must be fed.
Traffic: No coning.
Parks, recreation centers, municipal golf courses, botanical gardens and Honolulu Zoo: Open.
Trash: Regular rubbish pickup.
Landfills/refuse transfer stations: Open.
People's Open Markets: Closed.
