A proposal to rebuild a McDonald's Restaurant will be among the topics discussed at the Mililani/Waipi'o/Melemanu Neighborhood Board's meeting tomorrow night.

The meeting, to be held at 7:30 p.m. at Mililani Recreation Center III on Kaloapau Street, will also include discussion on the Honolulu Police Department's proposed 2008 legislative package. Area legislators are also scheduled to discuss "Happenings and Expectations" for this year's legislative session.
