Kailua Public Library is scheduled to host a free Keiki Storytime program from Feb. 13 to April 23 under the Reading Tree.

Keiki Storytime will be held on Wednesdays at 11 a.m. as follows: Feb. 13, 20, 27; March 5, 12, 19; and April 2, 9, 16, 23.

Storytimes will be 30 to 45 minutes in length and include stories, fingerplays and occasional simple crafts. These storytimes are recommended for ages 2 to 5 accompanied by a parent or caregiver.

Special guest reader Wally Amos is scheduled to read aloud on Feb. 20, March 12 and April 23. Claudia McDowell of Keiki Crescendo is scheduled to conduct the Keiki Storytime program March 5, which may include a demonstration of rhythmic activities.
