Prosecutors today charged one of six people arrested in a drug raid at a Waipi'o Acres home yesterday .

Judd Carmichael, 43, was charged with second-degree promoting of a dangerous drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hisa bail is $11,000.

Charges are pending against three men and two women.

The raid was at 95-090 Waimakua Drive.
