Fire stacks up traffic on west-bound Moanalua Freeway
Police have reopened all ewa-bound lanes of the Moanalua Freeway after closing some of the lanes when a vehicle fire broke out near the H-3 cutoff just prior to 11 a.m.
The fire was quickly extinguished and the vehicle involved was moved to the shoulder of the highway.
Although the lanes have been reopened, a miles-long traffic backlog remained as of 11:35 a.m., police said
