A 29-year-old man indicted yesterday for first-degree electronic enticement of a child is free on $50,000 bail but will be arraigned Monday at Circuit Court.

If convicted, Jun Baloaloa Tumacder will be the first to be sentenced under a new Hawai'i law passed May 15 that carries a 10-year prison sentence for the crime.

Tumacder is accused of arranging a meeting for sex on the Internet with a Hawai'i Internet Crimes Against Children task force agent posing as a 14-year-old girl.
