STYKER WEINER & YOKOTA PUBLIC RELATIONS

Styker Weiner & Yokota Public Relations, Inc. has promoted Krislyn Hashimoto and Rebecca Pang to senior account executives.

Hashimoto formerly worked in the communications department of the office of Gov. Linda Lingle. Pang was formerly a marketing associate at the Los Angeles Convention and Visitors Bureau.

BELT COLLINS HAWAII LTD.

Belt Collins Hawaii Ltd., a Honolulu-based planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture and environmental consulting firm, has hired Richard Abe. Abe returns to the firm after a 26-year career with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

UH-WEST O'AHU

UH-West O'ahu has named Dr. Lori Miyo Ideta as vice chancellor for student affairs, and Ann Nishimoto as vice chancellor for administrative affairs. Ideta will be responsible for overseeing the budget and material resources of the student services department. As the university's chief administrative and financial officer, Nishimoto will be responsible for managing the annual operating budget and formulating overall fiscal strategies and expenditure plans.

HAWAII CENTRAL CREDIT UNION

Valerie Kubota, a 20-year banking veteran, has been named vice president of administration for Hawaii Central Credit Union.

COUNCIL FOR NATIVE HAWAIIAN ADVANCEMENT

The Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement has shifted Lilia Kapuniai from its subsidiary for-profit enterprise to the communications division at the nonprofit. She will be responsible for community relations, corporate development and administering national training contracts to bring resources to Native Hawaiian communities.

FILIPINO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

The Filipino Chamber of Commerce has announced its newly elected board members and administrators.

Board officers and directors are: president-elect, Rose Mendoza; vice president, Jeff Napoleon, secretary, Edna Alikpala; assistant secretary, Lynne Gutierrez; treasurer, Luz Pierson; assistant treasurer, Bernadette Fajardo; auditor, Nilda Quindara; and members, Eddie Agas, Harry Alonso, Stephen Callo, Maria Etrata, Bonnie Kealoha and Yonie Malig-On.

Administrators are: president, Jason Pascua; immediate past president, Jack Legal; and directors: Cora Baclig-Credo, Espie Badua, Alma Caberto, Bennette Evangelista, Steven Sombrero and Conchita Teocson.
