U.S. women fall to Italy in World Grand Prix volleyball

Italy defeated the United States women's national volleyball team, 25-17, 26-28, 25-19, 25-19, in a final round round match today at the World Grand Prix in Yokohama, Japan.
Nnamani Ogonna led the United States with 15 kills. Punahou alum Lindsey Berg, who played setter in all four games, had three blocks. University of Hawai'i alum Heather Bown had one kill.
The United States dropped to 1-3 and plays China tomorrow. Brazil leads the round-robin finals at 4-0.
