It's looking pretty flat around the islands this week.

The National Weather Service surf forecast has the best surf being just 2 to 4 feet along east shores, with surf along south shores topping out at 1 to 3 feet.

Surf along north and west shores will be 2 feet or less.

Look for more of the same all week. No significant swells are expected through Friday, the Weather Service said.
