The University of Hawai'i women's volleyball team has been picked to win its 13th consecutive Western Athletic Conference title by a vote of the conference coaches.
The Rainbow Wahine received eight first place votes — coaches were not allowed to vote for their own team.
Last year's runner-up, New Mexico State, received the only other vote.
UH was 27-6 last season and opens the season at home against Penn State on Aug. 29.
