Kaua'i police do not suspect foul play in the death of a man whose body was found in a Chevy sports utility vehicle last night at Port Allen Small Boat Harbor.

The body was discovered by a passerby who investigated an odor coming from the vehicle.

The man's name is not being released until next of kin is notified, police said.
