Nuuanu Pali crash victim identified as Honolulu man, 35

The man who died in a one-car crash yesterday has been identified as Timote Likiliki, the Honolulu Medical Examiner's office said.
The man was 35 years old and from Honolulu. He died of internal injuries due to the crash. The man was the lone occupant in a 1998 Ford pickup headed south on Nu'uanu Pali Drive about 10:05 a.m. when it veered to the left of the roadway and ran head-on into a large tree about a half-mile north of Pali Highway, according to vehicular homicide investigator Sgt. Danny Kaholokula.
