NFL: Police say steroid dealer killed himself

DALLAS — The Dallas County medical examiner says a convicted steroids dealer who claimed to have sold drugs to pro football players killed himself.
Plano police found David Jacobs, 35, and Amanda Jo Earhart-Savell, 30, dead of gunshot wounds yesterday in Jacobs' Plano home.
The medical examiner said today that Jacobs suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the abdomen and another to the head. They didn't say more about Earhart-Savell's death.
Jacobs met recently with NFL security officials and gave them names of players he said bought steroids from him.
