Kaneohe Bay jet noise set to end on Friday

MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII, Oahu - People living or working near the Marine Corps Air Facility at Kaneohe Bay may have noticed an increase in aircraft noise in the early morning hours, which began yesterday.
Two jet aircraft are scheduled to depart each morning — as early as 5 a.m. — in support of training exercises at the Pacific Missile Range Facility at Barking Sands Beach on Kauai.
The training flights are scheduled to continue through Friday, June 13, Marine Corps officials said.
