Need some family time for a quick getaway that's close to home?

Few places are better than the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki, according to a Parent's Magazine poll.

Hilton Hawaiian Village is ranked eighth in the magazine's list of Top 10 Best Beach Resorts for families.

The Sheraton Grand Bahama Island Our Lucaya, Bahamas is ranked No. 1, followed by the Club Med Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

No other Hawaii resort was ranked in the top 10.

8. Ocean Edge Resort & Spa, Brewster, Mass.

9. Loew's Coronado Bay Beach Resort & Spa, San Diego

10. Rio Mar Beach Golf Resort Casino & Spa, Puerto Rico
