Rod June, chief investment officer for the Hawai'i Employees' Retirement System, will give an address to the Hawaii Venture Capital Association next Thursday, in a talk that's expected to touch on the pension plan's policy toward investing in local venture capital firms.

The talk is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., June 26 at the Plaza Club in Downtown Honolulu. There is a fee for the luncheon and people can register by calling Gail at 262-7329.
