Have some fun, but don't cross the line

This one's for the virgins — the uninitiated "Rocky Horror" watchers: If you've never seen the show (watching the DVD at home doesn't count), there are a few things you should know.
There's no rule that says you have to participate in the audience's antics. If you'd rather just watch, you're allowed.
If you do decide to participate but you feel like you might make a fool of yourself, just watch everyone else and do what they do. And make fools of yourselves together.
While throwing things like confetti and toilet paper is encouraged, it is considered poor form to throw anything on stage.
Engaging in any kind of behavior that might hurt someone else or damage the theater is not good "Rocky Horror" behavior.
Never, ever make fun of someone's costume. The groupies don't like that.
Never show up wearing a suit or a striped sweatshirt.
For the MVT show, no outside props are allowed, but a prop kit with all the necessary toys (along with instructions on how and when to use them) will be available for $5 at the door.
Talking back is a big part of the audience participation, but don't worry if you don't know what to say. It's OK not to say anything at all.
Don't talk back during songs or during the more somber final scenes of the show.
