Sea lion pup born at Sea Life Park Hawaii

Sea Life Park Hawaii has a new addition to its sea lion family.
On June 9, U'ilanai, an 11-year-old California sea lion, gave birth to a sea lion pup. The baby girl, who has yet to be given a name, weighed in at about 17 pounds and measured 24 inches in length.
Sea Life Park's marine life 'ohana includes: 24 dolphins, and a large collection of sea lions, monk seals, penguins, turtles, stingrays and many more fish from Hawaiian waters. It is also home to Keikamalu, the only known hybrid of dolphin and false killer whale, who is also mother of Kawili Kai, born at the park three years ago.
