Hello Kitty items get limited run in Honolulu

Sanrio, the international gift, stationery & accessories brand best known for Hello Kitty, and Nickelodeon and Viacom Consumer Products, which license "Blue's Clues" products, announced today that special Hello Kitty and Blue's Clues products, first launched in 2007 exclusively in Sanrio stores in Japan, will have a limited exclusive run in Honolulu, New York City and San Francisco.

The products were designed in Japan and will be available domestically at select Sanrio stores, beginning Saturday. Products will come to more U.S. cities in coming weeks.

Products available in the limited-edition run include stationery items ranging from notebooks, pencils, pencil cases, and erasers to mechanical pencils as well as collector items including chopsticks, mascot straps, rubber key covers, sandals, bandannas, umbrellas, lunch boxes, compact mirrors, handkerchiefs and face towels
