HONOLULU — The state Department of Transportation advises O'ahu motorists of multiple lane closures on H-1 Freeway in both directions through 4:30 a.m. today at the following locations:

• Multiple lane closures in the east-bound direction near the Bingham Street off-ramp for crash-barrier repairs. During this closure, the Bingham Street off-ramp will also be closed. East-bound motorists are advised to use the Punahou off-ramp or the University off-ramp as alternate routes.

• Multiple lane closures in the west-bound direction near the Pali Highway off-ramp for maintenance work on overhead road signs. During this closure, the Pali Highway off-ramp will also be closed. Pali Highway-bound motorists are advised to use the prior off-ramp to Vineyard Boulevard and turn right onto Pali Highway.

Motorists are advised to use caution while driving through the work area and to allow for extra travel time.
