State Rep. Marcus Oshiro will host a mid-session forum Thursday night at Wahiawa District Park's Hale Koa Room to discuss legislative issues.

The gathering begins at 6 p.m. with refreshments, with the meeting being held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Oshiro, who represents Wahiawa and also heads the powerful House Finance Committee, will give an update on legislative action so far this session and listen to community concerns and ideas.

Last week marked the Legislature's critical halfway point known as "crossover," when bills from one chamber are sent to the other chamber for review.
