TODAY'S MUST-SEE

Basketball, 1 p.m. CBS. It's the second week of the college tournament, now down to the Sweet 16. Here's a doubleheader, with another one tomorrow. There will be a new round on Saturday and Sunday, giving us the final four for April 5 and 7.

OF NOTE

"In Treatment," 6:30 p.m., HBO. One night before the season finale, the show resolves things, for good or bad, with the oft-feuding Jake and Amy.

"Miss Guided," 7 and 7:30 p.m., ABC. For Becky, a guidance counselor at the high school where she was one of the good girls, everything is changing. In the first episode, she helps vandalize Bruce's office; in the second, she explodes after being asked to organize a party for a long-hated teacher.

"Lost," 8 p.m., ABC. In a change, ABC has decided to rerun the season opener, in which people nervously wait for their maybe-rescuers. New episodes are expected to resume April 24, the night "Grey's Anatomy" returns with five new episodes.

"Celebrity Apprentice," 8 p.m., NBC. The finale offers a clash of opposites. On one side is Piers Morgan, a classic villain — quick, acerbic, scheming and British. On the other is Trace Adkins, a towering country singer, quiet and straight-forward. They work on separate parts of a charity event.

"Eli Stone," 9:02 p.m., ABC. So far, George Michael has been around mainly to sing in Eli's fantasies. Now he has a personal request: Defend a girl who was thrown out of school for playing one of his songs.
