Liveable Hawai'i Kai Hui will sponsor an orchid sale just in time for Mother's Day.

Pre-sale tickets are available for $20 for a 6-inch plant. The orchids can be picked up at the end of Kamilonui Place from 2 to 5 p.m. May 9 and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 10.

Mother's Day is May 11.

Proceeds will benefit the organization, which encourages residents to connect on community issues such as maintaining adequate open space in East Honolulu and preserving agricultural lots in Kamilonui Valley.
