Kailua's Dwyer 2 strokes back of lead in Futures Tour event

Kailua native Bridget Dwyer shot a 4-under 68 today and two strokes behind co-leaders Leah Wigger and Kristina Tucker after the first round of the Futures Tour El Paso Golf Classic at Underwood Golf Complex in El Paso, Texas.
Dwyer, a Punahou alum, has been playing on the Futures Tour since 2006. She was the runner-up in The Golf Channel's "Big Break IV in 2006.
Shayna Miyajima of Maui and Hilo's Leah Whiting shot 77s. Kaua'i's Lehua Wise shot an 83.
The Futures Tour serves as the developmental tour for the LPGA.
