Celebrate the changing of the seasons at a special sunset observance, with Hawaiian chant, hula and mo'olelo (storytelling), from 6 to 7:30 p.m. today on the lawn 'ewa of the Waikiki Aquarium. Celebrants will observe the official change from Ho'olilo (wet season) to Kauwela (warm-dry season) as the sun sets into the crown of Pu'u o Kapolei (a once-a-year occurrence). FREE FILIPINO FESTIVAL TOMORROW
"Festival of Flowers," a Filipino celebration marking the arrival of spring, is 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. tomorrow at Hawaii's Plantation Village in Waipahu.
Highlights include a Flores de Mayo procession, ethnic foods, keiki activities and an ikebana exhibit. Free; 677-0110.
