A seminar on "How to Raise a Money-Smart Child" starts at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow on the second floor of the Kapolei Public Library.

The free, one-hour seminar is taught by financial adviser Paul Bernardo. It is aimed at parents or grandparents who would like to teach the youths in their family the importance of money management skills.
