Honolulu's NovaSol wins $27.5 million contract

NovaSol, a Honolulu-based technology company, has been awarded a $27.5 million contract for the development of a reconnaissance and data-exploitation system.
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division issued the contract that will support unmanned aerial vehicle-sensor efforts.
The U.S. Department of Defense said the work will be done in Honolulu and is expected to be completed in five years.
