A 47-year-old Maryland man charged via complaint by prosecutors with first-degree negligent injury was arrested today at the Honolulu Police Department's headquarters building for the felony offense.

Anthony Charles Ambrosi was booked at 5:30 p.m. and released 10 minutes later after posting $50 bail for a minor warrant.

The negligent injury charge stems from 2007 traffic accident. Details were not immediately available.
