Rotary Club will host Danish exchange group
The Rotary Club of Maui is hosting a Danish Group Study Exchange for a week of activities that will include a service project at the Hawai'i Nature Center in 'Iao Valley.
The visitors, who will be on Maui until May 14, are Louise Enevoldsen, a clinical dietitian; Sabrina Jakobsen, life insurance and pension savings adviser; Mikkel Loft, real estate economist; Stephan Skare Nielsen, innovation consultant; and Henrik Mikkelsen, industrial designer.
While on Maui they will visit Maui Memorial Medical Center, Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar Co., the Maui High Performance Computing Center, Kaheawa wind farm, and Haleakala National Park.
The exchange program, sponsored by the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International, offers young professionals a chance to travel and meet other professionals from around the world.
