Emergency responders have been sent to the area fronting 966 California Ave. in Wahiawa where a traffic crash has occurred.

According to emergency radio transmissions, a fire hydrant has been sheared off and water is shooting 20 feet in the air.

Crews were sent out on the call about 7:40 a.m.
