2 women arrested after wild street fight in Waikiki

Police are investigating cross-complaint case involving two women who allegedly tried to kill each other today in Waikiki.
The women were arrested at Kuhio Avenue and Nahua Street at 4:55 p.m. for investigation of attempted second-degree murder. Police said the dispute between them is centered on a mutual male friend.
One suspect, 32, allegedly drove her vehicle several times at the other woman, 20. The younger woman armed herself with a knife, punctured one of the vehicle's tire and allegedly tried to stab the older suspect when she came out of the vehicle.
The woman, 32, was also arrested for misdemeanor reckless endangering because a 2-year-old child was in the back seat of her vehicle during the altercation and also for petty misdemeanor third-degree promotion of a detrimental drug after police allegedly found her in possession of marijuana.
The younger woman was also arrested for first-degree criminal property damage for cutting the tire.
