Hawaii IPTV LLC, which provides local television programing globally via the Internet, is offering a 10 percent discount to military personnel when they sign up during this holiday season.

Hawaii IPTV, which launched service in 2007, has agreements with KHNL, KFVE, KGMB and about 25 local producers to carry a wide variety of local sports news and entertainment programing. The service is targeted at local residents who have moved away from Hawai'i.
