Hawaiian Electric Co. is advising motorists that traffic slowed tomorrow between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on the H-1 Freeway from Moanalua to Halawa due to utility work.

Traffic signs and special duty police officers will be used to ensure safe access through and around the construction area.
