The Honolulu Marathon needs 100 to 150 Japanese translators for the 13-course medical aid stations planned for the Dec. 14 race.

Volunteer shifts are as follows: all day (4 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.), early morning (4 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.), or late morning (9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.).

All volunteers will receive a Honolulu Marathon volunteer T-shirt and hat.
