Recent traffic fatalities identified as residents from Leeward Oahu

The Honolulu Medical Examiner's office yesterday identified three people who died between Oct. 29 and Nov. 11 from injuries suffered in motor vehicle accidents on O'ahu.
The three are:
Henry D. Wigen, 61, of Wai'anae. Wigen was injured Oct. 25 when the vehicle he was driving rear-ended a truck on Farrington Highway, near Helelua Street. He died Oct. 29 at The Queen's Medical Center.
Samuel Yette, 67, of Kapolei. Yette was injured July 13 in a 1 p.m. single-vehicle crash on H-1 Freeway west-bound, near Kunia Road. Yette died Nov. 4 at The Queen's Medical Center.
Clemente Orallo, 59, of 'Ewa Beach. Orallo was injured Sept. 1 in a single-vehicle crash at midnight on Fort Weaver Road, near Geiger Road. Orallo died Nov. 11 at The Queen's Medical Center.
On Tuesday, Russell Reyes of Wai'anae died at the Wai'anae Coast Comprehensive Health Center.
Police said Reyes fell from the roof of a 1986 Nissan pickup headed south on Wai'anae Valley Road as the truck negotiated a bend in the roadway.
