Santa's German Gingerbread Village is going up at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Hotel.

The entire village stands 14 1/2 feet high and 24 feet wide and is composed of 120 gallons of icing, 60 pounds of dark chocolate, 20 pounds of white chocolate and 30 sheets of gingerbread.
