Six tennis teams from Oahu take titles

Six teams from the Hawai'i Pacific Section of the United States Tennis Association advanced to USTA League National Championships after winning titles last week.
The six teams, all from O'ahu, won their respective championships at the Patsy T. Mink Central O'ahu Regional Park tennis facility.
The winners were: MD Wenokea (6.0 women); Newtown SSR (6.0 men); Clock & Trophy (7.0 women); Cataract & Vision Center (7.0 men); Luahine (8.0 women); and Coors Light (8.0 men).
The national championships will be in April 2009 in Phoenix, Ariz.
