Palisades home damaged by fire

Fire today damaged a Pacific Palisades home, displacing two women,
The residents, in their 60s and 90s, were not at home when neighbors reported the fire at 2385 Komo Mai Drive at 12:40 p.m.
Three engine and one ladder company responded, according to Capt. Terry Seelig of the Honolulu Fire Department. There was damage throughout the house from heat and smoke, said Seelig.
Cause of the fire is under investigation and damage estimates were not immediately available.
The Hawai'i Chapter of the American Red Cross offered assistance to the displaced residents.
