Man, 43, shot to death in a garage on Kauai

A 43-year-old man was shot to death yesterday afternoon during an argument with a 22-year-old man in Kapahi, Kaua'i, a county spokeswoman said.
The shooting took place at around 2:50 p.m. in the garage of a home on Kawaihau Road, police said.
The suspect was being questioned by detectives at the police cellblock.
No other details were available at press time.
