Native American Episcopal bishop to speak here Oct. 26

Bishop Carol Gallagher, a member of the Cherokee nation and only Native American woman to be consecrated a bishop in the Episcopal Church, will be guest preacher at St. Elizabeth's Episcopal Church later this month.
Author of "Reweaving the Sacred: Congregational Development for Unique Congregations," she will preach at the 8:15 a.m. service Oct. 26 at the church, 720 N. King St.
