NFL: Packers' Harris won't play against Colts

Associated Press

GREEN BAY, Wis. — The Green Bay Packers will remain short-handed in the secondary with cornerback Al Harris declared out against the high-powered Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.

Harris is recovering from a lacerated spleen he suffered Sept. 21. He returned to practice this week, doing conditioning drills off to the side while wearing a weighted vest.

Tramon Williams has an interception in each of the last three games as Harris' replacement.

Safety Atari Bigby, who has missed the last four games with a hamstring injury, is doubtful.

Among the injured Green Bay players who are probable are quarterback Aaron Rodgers (shoulder), cornerback Charles Woodson (toe), linebacker A.J. Hawk (groin) and left tackle Chad Clifton (hamstring).
