Costume contest for kids at library Wednesday
A costume contest will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Kapolei Public Library.
The contest is for children up to and including sixth grade.
The library is at 1020 Manawai St., across from Kapolei Regional Park.
