A forum on the pluses and minuses of a new Constitutional Convention takes place from 7 p.m. tomorrow at 'Ewa's Asing Park.

The public will be encouraged to ask questions of proponents and opponents of a ConCon.

The forum is being put on by the legislative committee of the 'Ewa Neighborhood Board.
