Four toddlers, ages 1-3, were rescued from a locked vehicle today at a Kewai Place residence and taken to the hospital.

Two girls were transported in serious condition and a set of twins in stable condition, according to city Emergency Services Department spokesman Bryan Cheplic.

The incident occurred at about 3:45 p.m.
