'DISASTER MOVIE'
Rating: PG-13.
What it's about: Popular movies, TV shows, viral videos and the like are spoofed by people who worked on the later "Scary Movie" installments.
Good lessons/bad lessons: A film-school education is a terrible thing to waste.
Violence: Slapstick.
Language: Profanity abounds.
Sex: The sophomoric kind.
Drugs: Drug jokes.
Parents' advisory: If they're old enough to have seen "Cloverfield" or "Hancock," et al., they're old enough for this.
'THE HOUSE BUNNY'
Rating: PG-13 for sex-related humor, partial nudity and brief strong language.
What it's about: Playboy bunny ages out of "the Mansion" and finds work the only place where she fits in — a sorority house.
Good lessons/bad lessons: You're more than just your appearance, brains count for something and Playboy bunny is no legitimate career path.
Violence: Not really.
Language: A few well-placed cuss-bombs.
Sex: Playboy bunnies have been known to be nude and crude.
Drugs: Cocktails in a bar.
Parents' advisory: A little more cautionary than perhaps was intended, it's still not suitable for 12-and-unders.
