'Bag It' at Kahe Point cleanup
| |||
Hawaiian Electric Co. volunteers will "Get the Drift & Bag It" at the same-named cleanup this weekend. From 8 a.m. to noon Saturday they'll make their way along a one-mile stretch of beach across from the company's Kahe Point power plant. If it's anything like recent years, they'll collect spare tires and enough parts to build an entire car. Information: Christina Woolaway, 753-3311, www.getthedriftandbagit.com.
