TONIGHT'S MIGHT-SEES

"Ghost Whisperer," 7 p.m., CBS. We're two weeks from this show's season-opener. (A presidential debate dominates next Friday.) First, here's a rerun of the current season's finale. Melanie finally learns what happened to her father and why her mother kept it a secret. She also gives him some final help.

"Dog Whisperer," 3, 6 p.m., National Geographic Channel. Everyone likes a story with a happy ending, but how about 100 of them? For his 100th episode, Cesar Millan has a reunion with many of the dogs and their people. He also shows clips. Some dogs were scary or frustrating. Millan was bleeding during one project; he started to walk away from another when the human lacked resolve. Others were just silly. One's entire goal was to race out and leap into any water. All were tamed by Millan's manner. He creates sort of a canine "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood," a place where gentle spirits prevail.

OF NOTE

"Legally Blonde" (2001), 5 p.m., and "Legally Blonde 2: Red, White & Blonde" (2003), 7 p.m., Oxygen. The original was great fun, with Reese Witherspoon as a delightful ditz who reaches Harvard Law School. The sequel, in which she took on Washington, drew shrugs, but this is a slow night.

"America's Funniest Home Videos," 7 p.m., ABC. This reruns the season finale, giving out the year's top prize.

"America's Toughest Jobs," 7 p.m., NBC. After an early ride on Mondays, this reality show steps into its tougher slot. It's been here for some reruns, but now it has new Friday episodes, starting with this one. In the blazing heat of Midland, Texas, the nine remaining contestants are working on an oil rig.

"Numb3rs," 8 and 9 p.m., CBS. In the first rerun, members of a cult refuse medical help after a poisoning. Soon, a scheme is uncovered. In the second, Don and Charlie have opposite views of handling security threats. Also, Megan (the talented Diane Farr) quits to become a social worker.
